Return, Exchange & Refund Policy


If your newly purchased item doesn't fit your expectations, we give you the choice of return by using the following steps:

 

1. Email us to send you the return form at info@jewelry-kores.com

 

As for your return your choices are:

• 100% store credit via personal discount code. You can apply that code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.
• Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. If it was Cash on Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 2-3 days to complete. 
• Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance in order to keep your new item reserved for you at  info@jewelry-kores.com       or give us a call at +30 210 5736575.

   Then pack it up by using the original received package and return it in a 14-day spacefrom your purchase date. You are free to use any postal service you prefer.
   
   
   
2. As soon as we receive it we'll proceed to the fulfillment of your request. Once it's completed we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about. Don’t forget to check your junk mail from time to time, as sometimes our emails have the tendency to land in there. 

Important Note: Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and the item should not be used, as long as your original order receipt or packing slip.


Delivery Cost

All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
For Greece customers the return delivery cost moves from 3.00€ to 5.00€ if you use fis courier, which we cooperate (you'll have to send the package on our own charge and then we'll deduct the fee from your returning amount).
For International Customers the delivery cost depends on the country and will be deducted from your refund.

Note that the order's shipping charge cannot be refunded.

 
EXCEPTION NOTE:
Some special Sales or Clearance offers may be labeled as non-refundable.
In that case you may not proceed on the above return instructions and be aware of your order's conditions when proceeding.
